It's not a volume flipper or a faceless marketplace seller. Every piece is checked on a timegrapher before it's sold, serviced through a trusted watchmaker when needed, and represented honestly, down to saying "year unknown" when the paperwork doesn't prove it.

Roam Timepieces is owned and operated by brothers Andrew and Matthew Spencer, based in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The two have been in business together since 2005. Andrew, the younger of the two, is a lifelong watch enthusiast, entrepreneur, and pastor. Matthew, the elder, is also a lifelong watch enthusiast and a former police officer in Harrisonburg and at James Madison University.
Andrew and Matthew bring a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability to every transaction. Roam is not a faceless operation or a volume-driven platform. It is a hands-on, owner-operated business where each client works directly with the people responsible for the outcome. We believe in customer service above all else.
