24-Hour Return Window
If your watch arrives and something isn’t right, you have 24 hours to return it in the same condition for a refund.
Inspection Before Final Payment
When we source a watch for you, it is inspected after it arrives and before any remaining balance is collected.
Fully Insured Shipping
Every watch is shipped via FedEx and fully insured, so your purchase is protected in transit.
Timegrapher Checked
Each piece is performance checked on a timegrapher before it’s offered.
Photographed and Filmed
Every shipment is photographed and filmed before it leaves our hands.
Options that last
Outright Buyback
If you’re looking for a quick exit, we can purchase the watch back for inventory. Offers are based on current market value and liquidity. In certain cases, where we know the provenance and history of the piece, we may extend stronger terms at our discretion.
Trade-Up Program
Apply the value of your current watch toward another piece. Trade credit is determined by market conditions at the time of the transaction, with priority given to upgrades into higher-value watches. If you would like to trade your watch toward another piece, we will build a custom quote for you based on current market value and the condition of your watch.
Consignment
If maximizing return is the priority, we can consign the watch to our retail and collector network. This process typically takes longer but can yield a higher net result, with a pre-agreed commission applied only after sale.
